Our Sea Food Friends Die to
Lower Blood Pressure Naturally

Some people hate sea food. I well remember my young son saying, "Ugh, that's gross!" to a nice piece of cooked salmon. Well, let's go on anyway and find out more what's in store for you.

By the way, that salmon my son degraded is one of the best high protein foods in any league, and it's great for controlling blood pressure.

Sea food is well documented to lower blood pressure naturally.

I'm not asking you to go on a strict fish diet. That would be too much, gross as my son said. But if you want to maintain normal blood pressure over your life time, include some of these protein rich foods in your diet occasionally.

Cold water fish like salmon, mackerel, tuna, and sardines are foods high in protein that will help you maintain a normal range blood pressure.

Fish is a component of my very successful high blood pressure diet.

I've been fine tuning this diet for over two years, during which time my average systolic blood pressure has dropped thirty points.

I want you to benefit from my experience.

Although cold water fish are the best to lower blood pressure naturally or to maintain a normal blood pressure, some researchers recommend other fish and shellfish, too.

Try catfish, cod, croaker (I don't know this one), flounder, perch, sea bass, trout, oysters and scallops.

These contain good amounts of potassium, magnesium and calcium, which minerals are necessary for normal range blood pressure.

If you follow the Blood Type Diet, you'll need to check which of these are good for you.

Fish and shellfish fit into any of our diets except the Vegetarian Diet.

So, unless you opt for that diet, ensure you include some fish into Your Diet Plan and join me in feasting on our finny friends.
