My ideal blood pressure was long gone by the time I woke up to the fact. I would like you to avoid that by following the plan I've laid out for you below. If I had paid attention to how to lower blood pressure right when it began to climb, or better yet, when it was still at a normal blood pressure level, I would be at 120/80 instead of the 140/74 the morning I write this.
