Fruit List - Shall We Be
Fruit Bats or a Vampire Bats?

I bet the fruit bat would live longer. If we gave its fruit list to the vampire bat, that legendary creature probably would line the floor of its cave to catch guano droppings. I'd rather be the fruit bat - Let me tell you why.

Fruits are some of the best foods that lower blood pressure.

It's not hard to figure how come - fruit is loaded with potassium and other minerals as well as some of the most powerful phytonutrients and anti-oxidants existing, all proven to lower blood pressure naturally.

I eat two or three servings a day. That's not exactly a fruit diet, but it does my body good.

Whether you want to maintain normal blood pressure or go on a high blood pressure diet, how to lower blood pressure includes eating fruit.

There are so many tasty beneficial fruits to eat. Here are some recommended by various dieticians: apples, apricots, bananas, blueberries, cantaloupes, goji berries, Indian gooseberries, grapefruit, lemons, oranges, peaches, pears, plantains, pomegranates, prunes, raisins, and watermelons.

While this is nowhere close to a list of all fruits, you can start with it. With fruit there are dozens of ways to lower blood pressure.

My list of fruits includes plums, cherries, grapes and pineapples. What are the favorites on your fruit list?

People who eat only a fruit diet are called fruititarians. Seems a bit obsessive to me. I'd shy away from that.

There's a funny thing I've noticed about fruits and actually I've had to get over it. When we eat a piece of fruit it's like we didn't really eat anything. I eat half a grapefruit. Okay, now bring on the food.

Still, fruit will help us lower blood pressure naturally, but it's a side dish only or a light snack. Fruit contains very little protein.

But, the nutrients in fruit are fabulous.

So, check your fruit list and eat some fruit with your other more filling foods. And, be sure to include fruit in Your Diet Plan.

Many fruits could be classified as medicines if we wished. That's because they are wild with healing nutrients for the blood, blood vessels and heart. That's why many concentrated fruit extracts are available, such as pomegranate, blueberry, noni, acai, mangosteen, and others.

I use whole fruit pomegranate extract. Not only does it clean arteries of plaque, but it helps keep gums and teeth healthy if you swish it around like mouthwash.

Some fruits are garnering miracle claims. Eating just a few fresh blueberries each day can protect you from a host of aging diseases.

Enough said for fruit. I think you get the picture that fruit will help you maintain normal blood pressure.

Just make sure to take your fruit list to the grocery store.
