What is the Definition of Attitude?

They are not going to change their diets until they change their attitudes. So, let's start with the definition.

Developing a positive attitude depends only on applying the definition.I suggest that you apply it to diet first, because without a healthy diet, you will likely be under par, which will make maintaining a positive attitude in other areas much more difficult. Diet is a good first choice because you confront that every day, and it is hard to forget.
